4. Delivery Terms

Our delivery services are subject to:

• Accurate pickup and delivery addresses
• Proper packaging and labeling requirements
• Restricted items and prohibited goods
• Delivery timeframes (subject to traffic and weather)

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensuring packages are properly packaged
• Being available for pickup and delivery

6. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited to:

• Actual value of lost or damaged items (up to declared value)
• Standard insurance coverage for all deliveries
• Additional insurance available for high-value items
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup
• 50% refund for cancellations within 2 hours
• No refund for same-day cancellations
• Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case
